At Julirica, we stand by our sleep products. If any pillow or blanket doesn't meet your expectations, our satisfaction guarantee ensures a seamless solution.


📩 1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:​

  • Orders may be canceled within ​12 hours​ of purchase
  • Weekend orders: Cancel by 9 AM PST next business day

Order Processing Timeline:​

  • We process & ship orders within ​1-2 business days
  • Cutoff time: 3 PM PST (orders after ship next business day)

Successful Cancellation Conditions:​
✓ Request made before shipment processing starts
✓ Within the 12-hour cancellation window
✓ No customization added to order

📦 2. Eligibility & Conditions

Return Window:​

  • Standard Items:​​ 30 days from delivery date
  • Defective/Damaged:​​ 7 days from delivery (photo evidence required)

Acceptable Returns:​
✔️ Unused pillows/blankets with original tags
✔️ Unopened packaging with security seals intact
✔️ Damaged items (photo documentation required)

Non-Returnable Items:​
❌ Custom embroidery/monogrammed goods
❌ "Clearance" or "Final Sale" marked items
❌ Used products without hygiene protection seal

Verification Requirements:​
⚠️ Original order number or digital receipt
⚠️ For exchanges: Style must be in stock


🔄 3. Return Process (3-Step Workflow)

Step 1: Authorization Request
Email customer@julirica.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos (front/back/tags)
  • Reason for return

Response Within 24 Hours:​
✓ Unique RMA code
✓ Regional warehouse return address ​​*(See Appendix A for primary facilities)​​*
✓ Prepaid label if return is our fault

Step 2: Ship Back Requirements

  • Repack in original box with tags attached
  • Write RMA code visibly on outer packaging
  • Use trackable shipping (FedEx/DHL/UPS)

Step 3: Refund/Exchange Activation

  • Inspection within 3 business days of warehouse receipt
  • Confirmation email upon approval
